Winter Fox Return Policy

At Winter Fox, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, we’re happy to make it right.

We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged in transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

In these situations, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.

To request a return or report an issue:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bsealy@winterfoxcandles.com, and include your order number and a photo of the item.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for used candles.

  • All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
